This gym is never crowded Immaculately clean and has a very knowledgeable and friendly staff. It has every piece of equipment and or attachment you could think of to achieve your fitness goals. Great place to do your work out with out having to wait for machines. The building has 2 open roll doors, so it's well ventilated. Parking in front and in the property. Not the latest equipment but it's more than sufficient. Lockers and bathrooms available.The owner is friendly and helpful at times with suggestions on a few of the machines.
